  • Monitored 24/7
  • Fixed-price projects

Connect your CRM, ERP and payments. Stop copying data by hand.

We integrate the software you already pay for, so orders, customers, invoices and stock move between systems on their own. Every sync is validated, retried when it fails and monitored around the clock.

System integration

One source of truth instead of five spreadsheets.

When tools don't talk to each other, people retype data, numbers drift apart and nobody trusts the reports. We connect your systems through APIs, webhooks and data pipelines that move data automatically, check it on the way, handle errors and alert us the moment something needs attention.

You

Keep your tools

  • Keep the software your team knows
  • Decide which data goes where
  • Approve the data mapping
  • Use reports you can trust

Dataforge

What we connect

Integration services we provide

We work with the tools you already pay for, from popular SaaS products to in-house systems.

  • Sales

    CRM integration

Leads, contacts and deals synced between your website, CRM, email, helpdesk and marketing tools, without duplicates.

  • Payments

    Payment gateway integration

Online payments, refunds and subscriptions captured from your payment provider and recorded automatically in your CRM and books.

  • Finance

    Accounting and ERP integration

Orders, invoices, stock levels and prices kept in sync between your store, your accounting and your ERP software.

  • Data

    From spreadsheets to systems

Data that lives in spreadsheets moved into proper systems, or synced both ways while your team makes the switch.

  • Reporting

    Dashboards and reporting

One dashboard fed by all your systems, so sales, finance and operations see the same numbers, updated on their own.

  • APIs

    Custom API development

REST and GraphQL APIs that let your systems, partners and apps exchange data securely, documented for whoever builds on them.

How it works

From scattered data to one reliable pipeline

  1. Map

We list your systems, the data they share, which system owns each record and where data is copied by hand today.

  2. Build

We build the integration with validation, error handling and retries, and test it on a copy of your real data.

  3. Launch

We switch it on, check the first runs with you and document exactly how data flows between your systems.

  4. Run

We monitor every sync 24/7 and update the integration when a vendor changes its API or you add a new tool.

FAQ

Questions about system integration

Which systems can you integrate?

Most modern tools with an API: CRMs, payment providers, accounting and ERP software, e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets and databases. If a system has no API, we look at exports, webhooks or other safe options.

What's the difference between an integration and an automation?

An integration keeps data in sync between systems, like orders flowing from your store into accounting. An automation does work on top of that data, like an AI agent that reads an invoice and decides where it goes. Many projects need both, and we build both.

What happens if a sync fails?

Failed runs are retried automatically. If the problem persists, we get an alert and fix it, usually before your team notices.

How long does an integration take?

A connection between two tools can go live in about two weeks. Integrations across several systems take longer; we agree on the scope and timeline first.

How much does an integration cost?

Projects are fixed-price, agreed upfront after the first call, so you know the full cost before any work begins.

Is our data secure?

Data travels over encrypted connections, each integration gets only the access it needs, and we document every data flow so you know exactly what moves where.

Do we own the integration?

Yes. You get the code and the documentation, and we can keep monitoring and maintaining it for you.
